The AI chat feature is provided by a third-party service. We are merely providers of this service. We are not liable for any incorrect, inaccurate, or inappropriate responses generated by the AI chat. The context you provide to the AI chat is shared with the third-party model. We do not control the third-party's use of this context data and are not liable for their use of your context data or the privacy practices or security of such third parties. We strongly discourage adding any sensitive or confidential data to your markdown notes.

Third-Party Integrations

Any use of third-party integrations is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for the functionality, security, or privacy practices of any third-party services. All liability arising from the use of third-party integrations rests with you and the third party themselves.

Telemetry

We use privacy-friendly, open-source telemetry to collect non-identifiable usage data to improve our Service. We do not collect any personally identifiable information.
